A Rebel Parent Program
Your teen has no idea what's next. In six weeks, they will.
Life Launch Lab is a live, 6-week program where parents and teens work through the real questions together — and walk away with a concrete plan your teen actually owns.
July 7 – August 15 · Only 15 spots available · Enrollment opens June 16
The problem
Most teens graduate with pressure — not a plan.
They're told to "figure out what they want to do with their life" while still in high school. That's not guidance. That's anxiety with a deadline.
And most parents want to help, but don't have a process — so conversations spiral into arguments, or get avoided altogether.
"The default path — pick a college, choose a major, take on debt, hope it works out — is expensive and often leads nowhere. There's a better starting point: a real conversation, a structured process, and a plan your teen actually builds themselves."
That's what Life Launch Lab is for.
The program
Six weeks. One plan. Your family, together.
Life Launch Lab is a live group coaching program for parents and teens — in the room at the same time, working through a structured process together. Each week includes a live coaching session, group discussion, and guided exercises your family completes between sessions.
By week six, your teen has a real roadmap — not a list of options, but a concrete next-steps plan that fits who they actually are.
- 1
Week 1 — Strength discovery
Identify what your teen is genuinely good at — not just what teachers reward — and what lights them up. This is the foundation everything else builds on.
- 2
Week 2 — Career exploration
Explore career directions that match their actual strengths and interests. Expand the possibilities beyond what they've been told to consider.
- 3
Week 3 — Real-world career research
Go beyond job titles to understand what careers actually look like day to day — income ranges, required skills, how people actually break in.
- 4
Week 4 — Education pathways
Map out realistic routes — four-year college, trade school, gap year, entrepreneurship, and more — so your family sees the full picture before making any decisions.
- 5
Week 5 — Financial reality
Ground every pathway in real numbers. What does this path cost? What does it pay? How long until financial independence? Your teen learns to think in tradeoffs, not just dreams.
- 6
Week 6 — Building the roadmap
Pull it all together into a concrete, personalized plan: your teen's next steps, timelines, and specific actions — starting now.

Questions
Common questions
When are the live calls?
Live calls meet on Saturdays at 1pm EST. All sessions are recorded and shared with participants, so you won't fall behind if you can't make a live call.
Do my teen and I have to attend live together?
Yes — the program is designed for parents and teens to be in the room at the same time. That's what makes it work. All sessions are recorded, so if life happens and you miss one, you won't fall behind — but showing up live together is where the real breakthroughs happen.
What age teens is this for?
Life Launch Lab is designed for teens roughly aged 14–19 — high school students or recent graduates who are in the process of thinking about what comes after. If your teen is younger and you're planning ahead, it may still be valuable, but the exercises are built for teens who are close to this transition.
What if my teen has no idea what they want to do?
That's exactly who this program is for. You don't need a starting idea — the process generates one. Week one starts with strengths discovery, not career choices, so there's no pressure to arrive with an answer.
Does this work for homeschooling families?
It's built with homeschooling and worldschooling families in mind — but it works for any family who wants an alternative to the standard "pick a college" approach. The program is pathway-agnostic by design.
What if we need more support after the program?
Families who complete Life Launch Lab and want continued private guidance can continue with Career Kickstart, a one-on-one coaching option for deeper, personalized support.
About your coach
Hi, I'm Amy.

I've been an educator for over 20 years — first in public schools in the U.S., then in private schools in Kuwait, Hong Kong, and China, and now online from 15+ countries.
My specialty has always been helping teenagers navigate the transition from high school to what comes next: not by handing them a plan, but by helping them build one themselves.
I hold a Master's in Adaptive Special Education and have spent over a decade working with teenagers with diverse learning styles and needs. I've seen what happens when teens are pushed into paths that don't fit — and I've seen what's possible when families slow down, ask better questions, and make decisions together.
Life Launch Lab is built on everything I've learned from hundreds of those conversations.
What people say about Amy
Hear from colleagues who worked closely with Amy...
"Amy is an honest, intelligent and versatile teacher. She has a knack for working with teenagers, especially 'at risk' teenagers. Often, identified students who were socially maladjusted to school were assigned to Amy as their case manager. It was well known in our department that Amy would be the one to reach those students and gain their trust. Her honesty is a primary factor to creating that trust. Students know they can speak their mind, and she will listen and help them problem solve. She is one of the smartest people I know.
"Amy also has a calming quality about her. People feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings with her, and this has served her well in building strong, positive relationships with her students.
"Amy has a knack for reaching the most disengaged students and a talent for instilling confidence in students and showing them how to embrace their special abilities. She has worked relentlessly to make sure her students learn to advocate for themselves and continue to develop independent skills so that they expand their successes beyond high school.
